Antonino Ventrice began their work experience as a Pizza Chef at Ristorante Pizzeria "Le Terrazze" in 2007 and worked there until 2015. Antonino then worked as a Pizza Chef at Ristorante Pizzeria "Plaza" from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Pizza Chef at Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Canal" from June to October, and subsequently at Ristorante Camelot from December 2017 to October 2018. From November 2018 to February 2020, Ventrice worked as a Pizza Chef at Pane Cunzato pizza & more. Antonino is currently working at Pizza Pilgrims, where they started as a Second Chef in August 2020 and was promoted to Head Chef in July 2021.
Antonino Ventrice attended Scuola del Molino Quaglia in 2017, where they obtained an Attendance Certificate in "Università della Pizza." Their studies focused on food preparation and professional cooking.
