Alicia Bestafka

Alicia Bestafka is an Information Security Analyst at PJM Interconnection since March 2023, with prior experience as a Cyber Security Student at Southern New Hampshire University from May 2021 to March 2023. Alicia has a solid background in cybersecurity risk management, network security, and system administration, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting, infrastructure design, and vulnerability remediation. Technical skills include knowledge of networking principles, OSI and TCP/IP models, security tools such as Wireshark and Nmap, and systems management across various platforms. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University and has foundational education from Rowan College of South Jersey.
