Jovana Arsic

Jovana Arsic has a diverse work experience in various financial and advisory roles. Jovana began their career as a Financial Services Audit Trainee at KPMG in 2013. Later that year, they worked as a Corporate Finance Intern at Société Générale. In 2014, they joined Citi as an Oil & Gas Investment Banking Analyst and subsequently became a TMT Investment Banking Analyst. In 2017, Jovana transitioned to PJT Partners, where they held multiple roles, including Strategic Advisory & Restructuring and Special Situations Analyst, Associate, and currently serves as the Restructuring and Special Situations Vice President. Jovana'stenure at PJT Partners spans from 2017 to present.

Jovana Arsic's education history is as follows:

- Jovana is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at EDHEC Business School, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2024.

- Jovana obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance from Università Bocconi, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
