Mandi Chappell

Mandi Chappell currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at the PKD Foundation since April 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Operations Manager at Tipton & Hurst, and Director of Philanthropy at the Women's Foundation of Arkansas. Mandi's experience also encompasses an MBA internship at PACCAR, where initiatives included the development of a new hire SharePoint site and conducting exit interviews to enhance employee satisfaction. Earlier in Mandi's career, roles included National Recruitment Manager at Taproot Foundation and Assistant Director of Recruitment & Admission at Hendrix College. Mandi Chappell holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Business and Economics from Hendrix College.
