Sandy Landrigan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sandy currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Moneypenny since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP Customer Success and Integration at PKWARE starting from July 2021.
Before that, Sandy held multiple roles at ControlScan, including Senior Manager of Business Operations & Support from April 2013, and later Director of Customer Success & Support from January 2016 until August 2021. Sandy also has experience working at Satair as a Manager of Customer Service from November 2009 to September 2012.
Earlier in their career, Sandy worked at Tatum as a Manager of Client Administration from July 2007 to September 2009. Sandy reported directly to the COO of the firm and was involved in various business operations to improve processes and maintain quality.
Sandy also gained experience at Deloitte as a Client Service professional from 2005 to 2007, and at Ernst & Young as a Client Service professional from 1998 to 2006. At Ernst & Young, they developed and implemented processes and procedures for best practices, managed the process for assigned clients, and ensured client service was maintained at various levels. Sandy provided weekly spreadsheets to senior management and reviewed areas of focus to ensure effective client service.
Sandy Landrigan attended Georgia State University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism.
