Florence Brain

Florence Brain is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in category management and shopper strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the UK&I Impulse Sales Director at pladis Global since August 2022, Florence is a member of the UK&I Leadership team and oversees a team of over 45 individuals. Prior to this role, Florence held several leadership positions at BRITVIC PLC, including Director of Category, Shopper and Trade Engagement, and Director of Channel Operations, specializing in multi-channel strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles at McCormick & Company, Britvic Soft Drinks, Pfizer, and Danone Dairy have further honed expertise in commercial operations and category management. Florence holds a Master's Degree in Management with Marketing from SKEMA Business School and a Master's Degree in Politics from Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA.
