Pam Lozano

Pam Lozano has an extensive work experience in various HR roles. Pam currently serves as the Head of HR for the Americas Region at pladis Global since January 2024. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of Total Rewards & People Services at Godiva Chocolatier from June 2021 to January 2024. Pam also held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Marc Jacobs from October 2018 to June 2021. Previously, they worked at Lacoste as the Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and Payroll Manager from March 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they held the role of Controller and HR Director at I-Grace from June 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at CourseHorse from February 2015 to February 2017, and as an Assistant Controller and Payroll Manager at Unicorn Construction Enterprises, Inc. from November 2004 to June 2013.

Pam Lozano holds a Certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly, which was obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Empire State College in the years 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Pam has an Associate's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Miami Dade College. In 2016, they also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
