Steve Hargreaves

Steve Hargreaves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Steve currently works at pladis Global as the Global HR Engagement Lead. Prior to that, they held positions such as Global Internal Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager UK & ROI at the same company. Before joining pladis Global, Steve worked at International Financial Data Services as a Senior Internal Communications Manager for five years. Steve also has experience at Ceridian, where they served as an Operational Change Manager, Head of Internal Communications, Business Manager, and Graduate Trainee. Steve's early career includes a role as President of Chester Student's Union, where they led a team of 18 and represented 10,000 students. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in internal communications, HR engagement, change management, and leadership.

From 1999 to 2002, Steve Hargreaves attended The University of Manchester, where they completed a BA Hons degree in Business Management, IT, and Performing Arts.
