David Ehle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) across various sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Advisor at Plan International USA since February 2019, David supports programs in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and enhancing the capabilities of Country Office staff. Prior roles include advising and managing evaluation efforts for the USAID ASSIST Project at University Research Co., LLC, and contributing to research and evaluations at organizations such as the American Chemical Society and Save the Children US. David holds a Master's Degree in International Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College.
