Anastasia Koshil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anastasia started their career in 2007 as a journalist at Segodnya Multimedia and worked there until 2009. Anastasia then joined STB as a journalist and scriptwriter in 2010. In 2011, they transitioned into a freelance role as a Senior Copywriter and continued in this capacity until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Brand Strategist as a self-employed freelancer. In 2020, they joined BNP Paribas Personal Finance as a Consultant for a brief period of six months. Anastasia then moved on to Serviceplan Consulting Group in 2021, where they worked as a Strategist until 2023. Currently, Anastasia holds the position of a Customer Journey Manager at Plan.Net Group, starting from early 2023.

Anastasia Koshil pursued their Master's degree in Journalism at the Institute of Journalism at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University from 2003 to 2009. Following this, they enrolled in the MIM-Kyiv Business School from 2015 to 2017 to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Public Administration. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anastasia completed the certification course "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" offered by the University of Michigan, which they successfully completed in May 2020.
