Claudia Küsgen

Claudia Küsgen has a diverse work experience in digital project management and client services. Claudia currently works as a Senior Client Services Manager at Plan.Net Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Projektmanager at TWT Growth from November 2020 to February 2023. Claudia also worked as a Senior Project Manager Digital at Havas from May 2020 to November 2020. Before that, they served as a Consultant Digital at ALDI Nord from October 2019 to May 2020. Claudia also worked at add2 GmbH, where they held the positions of Digital Consultant from February 2018 to September 2019 and Senior Account Manager from December 2016 to January 2018. Claudia gained experience in project management as a Projektmanager at pixolith GmbH & Co. KG from January 2015 to November 2016, and at Isobar from July 2014 to December 2014. Claudia's work at add2 GmbH from July 2011 to June 2014 provided their with expertise in various areas, including project management, community management, and customer communication, and they worked with clients such as ECCO, Tamaris, and Audi.

Claudia Küsgen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and History at Bielefeld University from 2003 to 2008. After that, they pursued a degree in Office Communication Management at fredebold & partner GmbH from 2009 to 2011, receiving the title Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation.
