Chris Blaine has been in the customer service and business development industry for over 20 years. Chris is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Planday, a position they have held since February of 2022. Chris also carried an annual revenue target of $300M from the sale of consumer desktops, laptops, software, accessories, and services. As an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and local business community, Chris helped promote the call center and recruit the best sales talent from the greater Waco area, including Baylor University. Additionally, Chris was responsible for managing call center ops, compensation, training, forecasting, quarterly vendor demos, and facilities management for the site.
