Lynsey Mac has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lynsey currently holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Support at Planet DDS, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, Lynsey worked at Blackbaud in various roles, including Director Customer Support (Global), Senior Manager of Enterprise and Mid-Market Support, Enterprise Product Support Manager, and Team Manager. Lynsey also gained experience at Blackbaud Europe as a Technical Support Lead, Customer Support Specialist, and Business Development Associate. Earlier in their career, Lynsey worked as a Direct Sales Representative at Viacom and as a Debt Collector at Wescot Credit Services Limited.

Lynsey Mac attended Kilmarnock College from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a National Qualification in Accounting and Business/Management. Lynsey then studied at Reid Kerr College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Higher National Certificate in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, Lynsey attended the University of the West of Scotland, where they received a Bachelor of Arts - BA (Hons) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
