Amy Kelm

Amy Kelm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy started their career at H&M in 2008 as a Sales Advisor and worked there until 2013. During their time at H&M, Amy gained experience in sales, stock management, product processing/logistics, administration, personnel development, and business management development. In 2013, they joined Stonegate Mortgage Corporation as a QAC and worked there until 2017. Amy then moved on to Home Point Financial, where they held various roles including Correspondent Condition Reviewer, Post-Purchase Support Analyst, and Client Advocate from 2017 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Planet Home Lending, LLC as an Account Manager. Amy's work experience showcases their adaptability and skill set in customer service, account management, and operational support.
