Kärt Ala

Kärt Ala has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Kärt began their career as an HR Specialist at Valio Eesti AS in 2010. In 2013, they moved to AS SEB Pank as a Wage Calculating Specialist. In 2016, they were hired as an HR Manager at Friendly Finance Group. In 2022, they were appointed Human Resources Manager at Planet42, where they are responsible for developing HR vision, strategy and policies, as well as managing the work of the HR department and team.

Kärt Ala obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology between 2013 and 2015.
