Ayman Nahoud has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In that year, they held an Information Technology Intern position at Agence Urbaine d'Al Hoceima. In 2017, they were a Community Relations Manager at ESN Lille (Erasmus Student Network), where they managed the social media presence and organically developed the follower base from under 2k to over 10k. In 2019, they were a Data Analyst at Crédit du Nord, where they modeled the evolution of all Recall and Reversal operations during the period and presented potential solutions to deal with fraudulent transactions. In 2020, they were a Regional Marketing Manager at Crust Énergie, where they managed a field team with the aim of proposing state-subsidized solar energy installations and renovations in select residences in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region in Northern France. In 2021, they were a Customer Success Manager at Setpoint, where they reported to the COO and led the development of the company’s US Customer Success team and processes. Currently, Ayman is a Customer Support Manager (US) at Planhat.
Ayman Nahoud has a comprehensive educational background. Ayman began their studies at Lycée Imzouren, where they earned a High School Diploma in Physics in 2013. Ayman then attended CPGE - Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles and obtained an Associate of Science in Mathematics in 2015. In 2017, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Ayman is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mathematics at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
