Leticia Amrouche

Leticia Amrouche has a diverse work experience history. Leticia started their career at MGEN in December 2015 as a Teleadviser. In this role, they provided assistance and support to customers. Leticia then moved on to AG2R LA MONDIALE in June 2018, where they worked as a Complementary Retirement Manager/Allocated Service. Leticia'sresponsibilities included handling the requests and issues of beneficiaries, updating their administrative and banking information, and processing Reversion files. Leticia then joined PayFit France in January 2022, where they worked as a Chargée de Déclarations Sociales. Leticia'stasks involved managing operations related to social security agencies, ensuring compliance, and addressing client inquiries regarding declarations. Currently, Leticia is employed at Planity as a Customer Care professional, starting in June 2023.

Leticia Amrouche completed their education at the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Management from 2010 to 2015. Leticia obtained a License in Economics and Management with a focus on management economics from the Université Paris Descartes in June 2015. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Charles de Foucauld from 2008 to 2010, where they received their Baccalauréat ES (Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences) in July 2010. This degree was awarded by the Ministry of National Education and Youth.
