David Truong

David Truong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal counsel and management roles. David has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Planned Systems International since 2018, overseeing various acquisitions and successfully integrating newly acquired companies. Prior to this role, they worked as the General Counsel at Planned Systems International, Inc. from 2011 to 2018, where they were responsible for legal and compliance matters. Before joining Planned Systems International, David held positions at Verizon Business, Accenture LLP, National Science Foundation, United States Office of Personnel Management, and The Riley Law Firm, where they gained extensive experience in legal counsel, government contracts, and procurement.

David Truong pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1993, they attended George Mason University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics. Following this, they pursued their law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law, completing their Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Finally, they continued their legal education at The George Washington University Law School, specializing in Government Procurement and obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2008.
