Artur Silveira

Artur Silveira is an IT & Support Engineer at PlanRadar. Prior to joining PlanRadar, they worked as Regional IT Manager at JJW Hotels & Resorts from September 2015 to July 2021. Artur also worked as an IT Intern at JJW Hotels & Resorts from May 2015 to July 2015 and from June 2014 to July 2014.

Artur Silveira has experience in software maintenance, cleaning up operating systems, formatting with windows distributed operating systems, driver updates, and configuring a Point of Sale. Artur also has experience in hardware maintenance, including desktop and laptop clean up (HP models), peripheral repairs, and hardware implementation, as well as help-desk service and secretary work. Additionally, they have experience with network services, including tape backups, implementing Ethernet cable and network service in a beach restaurant, rack maintenance (5 Racks), and setting up an Access Point with power over Ethernet.

Artur Silveira's educational career consists of a professional degree in computer/information technology administration and management from Escola Secundária Júlio Dantas.

Artur Silveira reports to Constantin Köck, CTO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Simon Bizzarri - Team Lead, Technical Product, Nicolas Turrell - IT & Product Support.
