Shrm Pmq Johnny Sorman

Johnny Sorman has over a decade of work experience in customer support and management roles. Johnny started their career in 2008 at Alight Solutions as a Customer Care Client Manager, where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they joined PlanSource as a Contact Center Supervisor and later transitioned to the role of Customer Support Manager in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Customer Support at PlanSource.

Johnny Sorman attended Lake Highland Preparatory School from 1985 to 1998. During their time there, they focused on studying English Language and Literature, General, as well as French and FLIC Art. In terms of additional certifications, Johnny obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2020.
