Eli Zinal

Eli Zinal is a professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently employed at Plantish in a stealth mode position as a Food Engineer, Eli has previously held various high-level positions at Tnuva for almost four decades, including Head of Project Management Department, Head of R&D, CTO, Deputy CTO, Food Engineering Director, and QA/QC Manager. Eli holds a Master of Science degree in Food Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
