Richa Nashani

Richa Nashani has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Richa began their career in 2015 as an HR Consultant for skillVentory. In 2016, they held an HR Intern position at Chenoa Information Services. In 2017, they were an HR Intern at Black Turtle. In 2018, they were an HR Generalist at Olympia Industries Ltd. Most recently, they have been an HR Business Partner at Plantix since 2020. In this role, they have led the Human Resource function for Plantix India, engaging with senior stakeholders and the leadership team to design strategic HR initiatives. Richa has also been responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Development and Engagement, HR Policies, Operations, Compliance, Payroll and HRIS. Additionally, they have interacted with employees to proactively understand employee pulse and drive new initiatives for better employee well-being.

Richa Nashani obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource from Prestige Institute of Management & Research from 2012 to 2015. Richa then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended GEMS Education from 1998 to 2012.
