Megan Haugland

Megan Haugland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Megan started their career as a Project Coordinator/Administrator at King's Park International Church, where they served as an accountant and implemented efficient processes. Later, they worked at Every Nation Ministries as a Special Projects Manager, organizing and leading group trips and supporting participants in various activities. At World Vision, they served as a Project Manager, managing process improvement projects, developing toolkits, and overseeing exhibit production. Megan then joined Loft9 as a Senior Consultant, focusing on project management for software development, risk and audit, and data management. Currently, Megan is working at Plaster Group, LLC as a Senior Consultant and Director of Program and Project Management, where they support process improvement and strategic planning in Seattle's research community.

Megan Haugland obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University, completing their studies from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their undergraduate education, Megan has obtained several certifications. These certifications include the Smartsheet 2022 System Administrator Certification from Smartsheet, the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, the Change Management Professional Certification, Lean Foundations Certification, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from Acuity Institute. Megan also holds a Change Management Certificate from Prosci, an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management also from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, they have obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. The specific months of certification acquisition are not provided for the Smartsheet 2022 System Administrator Certification and Megan HAUGLAND, obtained in 2022 and 2019, respectively. The Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) was obtained in February 2020. The Change Management Certificate was obtained in June 2016. The ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management was obtained in April 2016.
