Janine Neves

Janine Neves has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janine most recently founded and currently heads the events and experiences department at Builders Experience, where they are responsible for producing in-person, digital, and hybrid events. Janine'srole includes customizing and developing specific content and promotional materials for each event, managing suppliers and budgets, implementing communication plans, and analyzing ROI and ROO. Prior to this, Janine worked as the Culture & Communication specialist at Platform Builders in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an HR Business Partner at Dux Forwarding, where they handled various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, and compensation management. Janine also gained experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Gran Coffee from 2016 to 2018, where they implemented HR processes, managed benefits contracts, and conducted employee satisfaction surveys. Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Edições Globo Condé Nast in 2015, overseeing personnel administration and HR processes. Earlier in their career, Janine worked as an HR Analyst at Elavon do Brasil Soluções de Pagamentos SA from 2013 to 2015 and as an Analyst in the Personnel Department at Grupo Consultax from 2009 to 2013.

Janine Neves completed their Bachelor's degree in Strategic People Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in PEACE: Sales Management Methodology from RD Station in April 2023.
