Laura McGrew

Laura McGrew is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in design, real estate, and community development. As the Founder of 405 Development LLC since September 2022, Laura has focused on enhancing community resilience through creative spaces that connect Kansas City residents with cultural resources. In addition to this role, Laura has been a Realtor at Platinum Realty since July 2017 and has served as Treasurer at Dolphin Frames since August 2013. Prior to these positions, Laura worked as a Designer at TOMBOY design studio from April 2003 to July 2017 and as a freelance consultant from 1999 to 2003. Earlier in the career, Laura was a Designer at VF Corporation from 1993 to 1999. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Painting from the Kansas City Art Institute, earned between 1986 and 1990.
