Mentor - Engineering Leadership at Plato

Eric Rabinovich is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning nearly two decades. Eric began their career in 2002 as an Individual Contributor at Rosetta Genomics, where they designed and implemented distributed applications for complex bio-informatics algorithms. Eric then moved to Simigon in 2006, where they built an advanced distributed learning ecosystem and integrated with a flight simulator. In 2010, they joined Logic Industries as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Developer, where they built and managed a multi-functional team and developed using Agile/Scrum methodology. In 2015, they joined Sears Israel as VP of Engineering, Group Manager of Infrastructure and DevOps, and Core Team Leader. In 2019, they started working at monday.com as Director of Platform Engineering, and in 2021 they began volunteering as a Mentor for Engineering Leadership at Plato.

Eric Rabinovich obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Hadassah College in 2003. In 2015, they obtained a certification in MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam from MongoDB, Inc.
