Graham McNicoll

Graham McNicoll has been involved in the tech industry since 2004. In 2005, they were a Senior Consultant at GC InfoTech. Graham then co-founded Worldlinked, Inc in 2004, where they were a Senior Software Engineer. In 2007, they joined Education.com as a Senior Software Engineer and worked their way up to become the CTO and then Vice President of Product and Engineering, managing a team of 36 people in 3 locations. In 2020, Graham McNicoll co-founded GrowthBook, an open-source feature flagging and experimentation platform. Graham also became a Mentor for Engineering Leadership at Plato.

Graham McNicoll obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University between 1996 and 2000. In October 2017, they were certified as a ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance.
