Himankini Shah has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Management Student at S. P.Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR). In 2013, they held a Product Management Intern position at Amazon and a Summer Internship at UNICEF. In 2014, they returned to Amazon as a Technical Product Leader- Compensation Science. In this role, they owned the lifecycle for a suite of products to provide scientific recommendation on compensation decisions for Amazon globally. Himankini also defined three years strategic vision, developed a long-term roadmap, and drove science and tech teams to execute on that vision. In 2021, they became a Product Instructor at Product School. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Meta, a PM mentor at Prepfully, Plato, and IGotAnOffer, and a Rocketblocks mentor at Rocketblock.

Himankini Shah has a diverse education history. Himankini began their education in 1994 at Atomic Energy Central School, where they were a student. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Atomic Energy Junior College, studying Science. Himankini then went on to RAIT, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they completed their PGDM in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for AWS Machine Learning in 2020, as well as Microsoft Certified IT Professional SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Lync 2010.
