Manoj Pahuja

Manoj Pahuja has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Manoj is currently the Director of Engineering at Shippo since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato starting in November 2020. In 2015, Manoj served as an Investor. Manoj also worked at Nextdoor as an Engineering Manager, Quality and Productivity from December 2019 to July 2022. Manoj previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Lyft from October 2018 to November 2019. Manoj has also worked at GoDaddy as a Sr. Engineering Manager, Quality and Productivity where they fulfilled various responsibilities such as being an engineering point of contact for integration, facilitating evaluation of automation tools, prioritizing backlog, implementing rollbacks and hot fixes, and documenting onboarding information. Before GoDaddy, Manoj worked at Citrix Online in different roles such as Staff Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer in Test, and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. At Citrix Online, they led cloud capability efforts and proposed the creation of an Android lab. Moreover, Manoj has experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at ITG, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern developing automation scripts and testing software functionality.

Manoj Pahuja received their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Manoj attended the university from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Manoj Pahuja obtained a certification as a Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International in April 2013.
