Mike Weaver has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and engineering leadership. Mike began their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at ABC-CLIO. In 2001, they moved to CrystalVoice Communications as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, they became the Software Development Manager at Celerus Diagnostics, where they were responsible for the initial development of software and electronic systems for their first product. In 2010, they joined Citrix Online as a Senior Manager, leading local and offshore teams responsible for the architecture, development and operation of a massive SalesForce.com deployment and a customer support portal. In 2013, they moved to cielo24 as Vice President of Engineering, where they were responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle for their 24x7 video transcription and tagging SaaS application. In 2015, they joined Invoca as Senior Vice President of Engineering, and later became Vice President of Engineering, where they were responsible for distributed/remote software development, site reliability engineering, machine learning, telecom, business intelligence, and technical support teams. In 2019, they became a Member of the LA CTO Forum, a private, invite-only network of 350+ CTOs. In 2020, they began working as an Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato.

Mike Weaver attended UC Santa Barbara from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
