Navi Kohli

Navi Kohli has held various positions in the software engineering and technology industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Software Architect and Senior Engineering Manager at marketRx, a company that was acquired by Cognizant Technology Solutions. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of YibLab, a technology-driven sales and marketing solutions provider. Navi was also the Founder and Co-Organizer of #Startup Meetup, a community for entrepreneurs and investors with over 4000 members. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of Software Engineering (Products) at Axtria - Ingenious Insights. Currently, they are a Mentor at Plato, coaching and mentoring senior ICs and managers to help them build and scale their Engineering teams and culture.

Navi Kohli holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B. Tech in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Big Data Specialization from Coursera and Machine Learning: Algorithms in the Real World Specialization from Coursera.
