Nono Guimbi

Nono Guimbi has a strong background in software engineering and management roles. Starting in 2003, Nono worked as a Java Developer and Project Manager at Inventime, where they managed CRM projects and deployed ERPs. In 2007, they became a Java Developer at myERP.com, leading the integration of myERP. Nono then joined Viadeo as a Software Engineer, where they worked on member acquisition and integration of Gigya. In 2012, Nono became a Senior Software Engineer at SKOUT, focusing on backend development. They then co-founded and worked as a Product Manager at Les Ptits Mwana, a parenting website. Nono later worked as a Senior Software Engineer Platform at JAWBONE, designing and maintaining platform-level services. After that, they served as an Engineering Manager at Pandora, responsible for managing software engineering teams. Following their time at Pandora, Nono worked as an Engineering Manager at Slack, overseeing engineering projects. Currently, Nono is an Engineering Manager at Airbnb, where they are responsible for managing a team of engineers.

Nono Guimbi completed an Associate Degree in Computer Science at University Paris XIII, France from 1998 to 2000. Following this, Nono pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Project Management at ISPG (Polytechnic Institute of Galileo), France, which was completed from 2000 to 2003. In April 2018, Nono obtained a certification in Mentoring Others from LinkedIn.
