Pratibha V S. is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Pratibha V began their career in 2015 as a Software Engineering Manager at Wipro Limited, where they worked on a cross functional team and managed global teams located in APAC and Northern America. In 2016, they joined SDLC Partners, L.P. as a Software Engineering Lead, leading a team of 11 engineers and designing and developing software for automating healthcare Compliance systems. In 2019, they became a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Target, where they were responsible for maintaining Target's inventory accuracy across 1900+ stores throughout the USA. In 2020, Pratibha joined AnitaB.org as an Executive Committee Member and Artificial Intelligence Committee Member, where they developed thought leadership on the practical use as well as ethical implications of advances in artificial intelligence. Finally, in 2021, they became an Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato.
