Sachin Shah

Sachin Shah has over 15 years of work experience in technology and engineering. Sachin started their career in 2006 as an Associate Manager at Accenture in India, where they were a Subject Matter Expert for clients across industries. In 2007, they moved to Accenture UK as a Principal Architect, responsible for end to end large-scale enterprise system architecture. In 2021, Sachin joined Clim8 Invest as an Investor and On Deck as a Fellow OD50-5, a 10-week program of personal and professional development. Sachin also became a Mentor for Engineering Leadership at Plato, a platform to help engineering and product leaders learn soft skills and build better teams. Additionally, Sachin is a Lead CTO (Volunteer) at Assembly, a self-governing, global platform powered by Blockchain and grounded in circular principles. Sachin is also an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Alphastream.io and a CTO Advisor at Guidepoint. Sachin is currently a Sr. Director - Technology at Bain & Company and a Senior Director of Technology and Interim CTO at NPSx, a venture by Bain & Company. Sachin is responsible for leading the technical vision and execution for NPSx and building products for Customer Experience education and insight platform.

Sachin Shah is currently enrolled in three courses at INSEAD, which include Blockchain Transformations of Financial Services (Computer Engineering Technology/Technician), Blockchain, Cryptoassets, and Decentralized Finance, and Blockchain Revolution in Financial Services Specialization (Introduction to Blockchain for Financial Services). Prior to this, they obtained an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. In addition, Sachin holds certifications from Accenture (Senior Technology Architect, obtained in June 2014) and Amazon Web Services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, obtained in January 2019).
