Sanjay Pais has over 18 years of work experience. Sanjay started their career in 2002 as a Senior Software Developer at Marketlink. In 2005, they joined Accruent as a Development Lead. In 2007, they moved to BPS Resolver as a Software Development Manager. In 2013, they joined CAA South Central Ontario as a Development Manager. In 2014, they joined Book4time Inc. as a Director of Product Development. In 2015, they joined Numeris as a Manager of Application Services & BI. In 2016, they joined goeasy Ltd. as an IT Application Manager. In 2019, they joined Xello as a Director of Engineering. In 2021, they joined Plato as a Mentor Engineering Leadership. Currently, they are a Director of Software Development at 360insights.com.

Sanjay Pais began their educational journey in 1989 when they attended St. Xavier's College, where they earned their BSC in Economics in 1992. Sanjay then went on to the National Institute of Information Technology, where they earned a Diploma in Advanced Systems Management in 1994. Prior to this, Sanjay attended St Thomas School, Kolkata.
