Sonali Kalgaonkar

Sonali Kalgaonkar has 19 years of experience in delivering large mission-critical products. Sonali began their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer at Component Insights India (Pvt) Ltd, where they worked on the ProteOSS Integration Product Suite (PIPS). In 2003, they moved to Tavant Technologies India Pvt Ltd as Lead Developer, working on a software for Ameriquest Mortgage Company's Loan Mitigation department. In 2005, they became a Technical Consultant at Dibon Solutions Inc, building a Content Management System for Palm Harbor website. In 2006, they joined Perficient as a Technical Lead, and in 2013 they began working at Intuit as an Engineering Group Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. In 2021, they became an Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato.

Sonali Kalgaonkar is currently enrolled in the Stanford LEAD Online Business Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, beginning in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vikram University. Sonali also holds two certifications, a Sun Certified Programmer from Sun Micro Systems Inc obtained in February 2000 and an AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services.
