Staszek Kolarzowski

Staszek Kolarzowski has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Staszek began their professional journey as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Object Reload in 2009. In 2012, they co-founded Go Rails Go, where they served as COO. In 2015, they co-founded Pilot, a company that automates payments to international contractors and makes it possible to hire people abroad as full-time employees without having to set up local legal entities. In 2017, they joined Plato as a Plato mentor for Engineering Leadership.

Staszek Kolarzowski attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2012, where they earned their Master's degree in Computer Science. In 2017, they began attending Y Combinator.
