Vaidik Kapoor

Vaidik Kapoor has over 10 years of work experience in the technology field. In 2022, they began working as a Technology Consultant & Advisor for Three Ways Consulting, where they provide product engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps coaching, Fractional CTO, and technology strategy services for startups and scale ups. In 2021, they became an Engineering Leadership Mentor (Pro Bono) for Plato. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Blinkit, where they held two positions: VP Engineering - DevOps & Security, and VP Engineering - Consumer Product. In this role, they managed engineers and engineering managers, drove agility and speed of engineering execution, and led a group of 5 teams building consumer products. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Wingify. From 2012 to 2013, they were a WebQA Intern at Mozilla Corporation, and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. In 2012, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Plivo Inc., and an Intern at Wingify. In 2011, they were a Student Developer for Google Summer of Code.

Vaidik Kapoor completed their secondary schooling at The Scindia School from 2001 to 2008. Vaidik then went on to pursue a B. Tech. in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, from 2009 to 2013.
