Ninithzen Chavez has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Ninithzen began their career in 2000 as Desarrollo Organizacional for Mexicana Airlines. In 2001, they took on the role of VP Human Resources for AIESEC. In 2006, they became HRBP for LatAm at Thomson Reuters. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Owner of Mackrackos. From 2015 to 2018, they were Human Resources Business Partner at Seguros Monterrey New York Life. From 2018 to 2020, they were Human Resources Manager at Net Worth Consulting | Fintech. Since 2020, they have been Head of People at TotalPass México and currently holds the same role at Play Business.

Ninithzen Chavez has an extensive education history. Ninithzen obtained their Licenciada en Administración de Empresas from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2001 and 2006. In 2010, they earned a Master in Dirección Estratégica de Capital Humano from Universidad Anáhuac and a Diplomado in Desarrollo Organizacional from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In 2020, they received a Certificación de Coach en Hábitos from Instituto Hábitos. Ninithzen is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA program at ThePower Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have a Diploma of Education in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained in 2021.
