Alayna Santiago Jackson has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Alayna joined Playa Bowls in 2021 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations, after previously serving as a Regional Manager. Before Playa Bowls, Alayna worked at Sodexo as a General Manager from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Compass Group USA, where they held the role of Director of Dining Services from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they were responsible for managing the NIH account and implementing effective inventory control processes. Alayna also worked at Corporate Chefs as a Food Service Director in 2014 and as an Assistant Food Service Director and Catering Manager from 2009 to 2012. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to win new business, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and successfully plan and execute catered events.
From 2004 to 2008, Alayna Santiago Jackson attended Johnson & Wales University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management.
