Luis Molina has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Luis's first role was a Summer Intern at Honeywell Process Solutions in 1999. Luis then worked as an Analyst/Intern at Accenture in 2000. In 2002, they were a Global Market Research Manager at Procter & Gamble. From 2005 to 2019, Molina worked at Motorola, in roles such as Latin America Pricing Controller, Asia, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMEA) Senior Pricing Manager, and Latin America Pricing Manager. In 2019, they became Latin America Distribution Sales Manager at Apple. In 2021, they were Latin America Regional Distribution Sales Director at Therabody. Currently, Molina is an International Distribution Sales Manager at Backbone, a role they have held since 2022.

Luis Molina completed a Masters in International Business Administration (MIBA) from Nova Southeastern University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) between 1995 and 2001.
