Hazime Kondo Neto has a diverse work experience in the field of Unity development and project management. Hazime started their career as a School Secretary at Colombo City Hall in 2011, followed by working as an Administrative Assistant at Inter Americano from 2013 to 2016.
In 2017, Hazime began their journey in the gaming industry as a Digital Game Intern at Eruga. Hazime later became a Unity Developer at the same company, specializing in Unity development until 2018.
Hazime then joined GoEPIK in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Unity Developer, Virtual Reality Development Lead, and Scrum Master. Hazime utilized agile methodologies and applied them to the company's operations team.
In 2018, Hazime also started working as a Freelance Unity Developer, taking on various Unity development projects until 2021.
Next, Hazime joined Dirac Studios as a Senior Unity Developer for a brief period in 2021. Hazime then moved to NextOS as a Unity Developer, where they contributed to finalizing the alpha version of a game and worked on software integrated with Arduino to control a robotic head.
From 2021 to 2022, Hazime worked at Wildlife Studios as a Senior Unity Technical Developer. Hazime built tools to export material to other teams, established metrics and pipeline standards, and provided technical support to artists.
Currently, Hazime is working at Playgig as a Senior Unity Tools Engineer, starting in 2023.
From 2016 to 2018, Hazime Kondo Neto attended Universidade Positivo where they pursued a technologist degree in Technology in Digital Game Development.
