Natalia Misiuk

Natalia Misiuk has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Natalia is currently working as an HR Lead at Playtika since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as an HRBP Lead at Shopee from September 2021 to February 2023. Natalia also worked as an HRBP for the Warsaw IDT Hub at BAT from August 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they held the position of HR Manager Eastern Europe at Ingenico Group from April 2019 to August 2020. From January 2015 to March 2019, they worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Citi. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits at Philip Morris International from March 2013 to December 2014. Natalia also has experience as an HR Specialist at UPM-Kymmene from May 2011 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiter at Covidien via Alexander Mann Solutions from January 2011 to May 2011 and as a Sourcing Specialist from July 2009 to December 2010. Overall, Natalia has gained a wide range of skills and expertise in the field of HR through their various roles in different companies.

Natalia Misiuk completed their postgraduate study in Positive Organization - Well-being and Health in the Workplace at Kozminski University in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University between 2003-2009. In 2002-2003, they studied at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in the Department of Polish Language for Foreigners. Natalia also pursued a Lyceum degree in Russian & Belarusian Philology at Belarusian State University from 2000-2002. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in HR as a Business Partner, Talent Management, Getting Things Done, and New Manager Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
