Ariel Cordiviola Palaia has a diverse range of work experience across various industries and roles. In 2008, they began their career as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Medularis. In 2009, they co-founded POUSTA, where they served as the CTO and was responsible for the technical aspects of the streetwear and sneaker-focused business. In 2010, they joined Nike as the Social Media Manager for Chile, overseeing digital communications and managing content and strategy for multiple business categories. In 2011, they co-founded and served as Product Manager for Playvox, a company that offers gamification and quantification solutions for human workgroups within companies. This venture received seed capital funds and was selected to participate in the Corfo Global Connection program in Silicon Valley. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Seidor, managing the eCommerce and digital marketing area for medium and large-sized companies. In 2015, they joined Garmin International as an Ecommerce Coordinator, where they developed and executed the ecommerce strategy for the company in Chile. In 2019, they joined Playvox again, this time as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for quality and workforce management solutions in customer service. Additionally, in 2015, they founded TUSDESAFIOS, a website focused on promoting outdoor sport challenges, and managed a community of over 27,000 sport fans through various channels. Throughout their career, Ariel has demonstrated expertise in ecommerce strategy, digital marketing, social media management, and product management.

Ariel Cordiviola Palaia has a diverse education history. In 2002, they started their undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Valparaíso, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Ariel successfully completed their studies in 2007.

In 2011, Ariel obtained a Technology, Innovation, and Business Diploma from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. This diploma provided their with comprehensive knowledge in the field of technology, innovation, and business.
