Senior Director, Customer Services at Playvox

Jetson Gospel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role was as the Director of Technical Solutions and Delivery at Playvox, where they led the consulting and deployment of Playvox's workforce management and quality management suite within contact centers. Prior to this, Jetson held roles as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Solutions Consultant at the same company, where they were responsible for solution discovery, consulting, and implementation for Playvox's suite of contact center agent optimization tools.

Before joining Playvox, Jetson worked at Interactions Digital Roots as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Operations/Product/Implementation. Jetson also served as a Technical Product and Project Manager at the company. Earlier in their career, Jetson gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Ann Arbor SPARK and as a Business Analyst at Henry Global Consulting.

Jetson began their career as a Data Analyst at Eastern Michigan University and worked as a Technical Support Engineer at The Sutherland Group.

Jetson Gospel obtained a Masters degree in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Bharath University where they earned a degree in BioInformatics with a focus on Computer Science and Biology. In addition to their educational background, Jetson also obtained certifications in Project Management (PMP) from PMI in January 2013 and in Customer Service Professionals (CSP) from COPC in November 2011.
