Jonathan Fischer

Jonathan Fischer has extensive experience in sales and client relations. Jonathan currently holds the position of Director- Enterprise Sales West at Playvox, where they work with businesses and BPOs to improve workforce engagement and customer experience. Prior to this, they were a Regional Sales Director at Calabrio, where they utilized AI-driven analytics to enhance customer interactions. Jonathan also has experience at Aspect Software, where they served as the Global Strategic Director for Speech/Engagement Analytics and the Strategic Director for Workforce Optimization. Jonathan has successfully implemented technology solutions for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Before entering the technology field, Jonathan worked as an Assistant Vice President in Client Relations at OppenheimerFunds, where they managed a large team providing exceptional client service. Jonathan also held positions at Curian Capital, Robert W. Baird & Co., and Merrill Lynch, where they specialized in investment consulting and client relations.

Jonathan Fischer received their bachelor's degree in Finance from Marquette University, where they studied finance, economics, and business management from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Purdue University for a year, studying environmental engineering, environmental sciences, and business management from 1996 to 1997. In 2015, they obtained the Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
