Natalia Gaviria López has a diverse work experience. Natalia started their career in 2014 as an International Market Research - Mipymes Consultant at Cámara de Comercio de Pereira, where they assessed small businesses and developed international expansion projects. In 2017, they worked as a Research and Development Project Manager at NORMARH S.A.S, where they designed research plans for the international expansion strategy and collaborated with clients to understand their needs.

Since 2018, Natalia has been working at Playvox, starting as a Market Development Representative and later becoming a Senior Market Development Representative. In these roles, they developed and qualified business opportunities, generated new leads, and managed platforms for prospect verification. Natalia also motivated and coached team members to exceed objectives. Currently, Natalia holds the position of Senior Account Executive at Playvox, where they utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to develop sales strategies, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Natalia Gaviria López's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 2011 to 2015, they attended UNIVERSIDAD LIBRE, where they pursued a degree in Economy & International Business, specializing in Economics. In 2016, they briefly studied Urban Economics at Fairfield University. Natalia then moved on to Long Island University, where they obtained a degree in Critical Reading and Expository Writing in the same year. Additionally, they earned a degree in Marketing & Social Media from Long Island University in 2016 as well. In 2018 to 2019, Natalia enrolled at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and completed a degree in Project Management.

Natalia has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In September 2019, they became Inbound Sales Certified through HubSpot Academy. In January 2020, they obtained the Sandler Foundations certification from Sandler. In September 2019, they obtained another Inbound Sales Certified credential from HubSpot Academy. Most recently, in December 2021, Natalia completed the Negotiating Through Tactical Empathy certification at Sales Impact Academy.
