Andrew Quay is the current Head of Talent & Culture at Plaza Premium Group. Andrew has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions in companies such as Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where they were the Global Vice President - Human Resources, and Vision New Media, where they were the Human Resources Manager.

Andrew is responsible for all people functions for new builds and asset enhancement projects globally, and has lead and supported HR functions in a mixed-use development in Colombo and Mongolia. Andrew provides advisory to senior leaders and key stakeholders on business strategies, divisional goals, and is experienced in business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.

In their previous role as Global Vice President - Human Resources at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Andrew developed, implemented and evaluated people strategies and policies, communicated and managed change processes with respective stakeholders, assessed the competitiveness of the market compensation/benefits, trends and technologies, and lead performance management while developing developmental plans to address gaps.

Andrew Quay has a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management & Change Leadership from Cornell University, and is also certified as a Strategic HRBP from the Human Capital Institute.
