Courtney Allen possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Plaza Hotel and Casino since February 2018, with previous roles including Assistant Director of Beverage and General Manager of Pool Operations. Prior experience includes a position as Pool & Banquet Manager at Downtown Grand Las Vegas and Food & Beverage Manager at Parc 55 a Hilton Hotel, overseeing significant food and banquet operations. Earlier in the career, Courtney served as Restaurant Manager for various properties under Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from San Jose State University, obtained in 2010.
