Soufiane Mouhtaj

Soufiane Mouhtaj is an accomplished professional in food and beverage management with extensive experience in overseeing large operations and managing teams. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Penn National Gaming since November 2020, Mouhtaj is responsible for over $16 million in departmental operations and leads a team of over 250 members. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos, among others. Mouhtaj has a proven track record in opening and renovating multiple outlets, recruiting talent, and implementing training programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration from the Institut Superieur International de Tourisme de Tanger, along with additional degrees in Tourism and Marketing.
